The Hispaniola cocoa beans that go into this Cacao Barry dark couverture chocolate are primarily Forastero beans. This single origin couverture has a strong cocoa character with an appealing bitterness and a long floral and fruity finish.

Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
