Wonderful white chocolate couverture from Weinrich. Gently melt the couverture drops in a water bath and then turn it into your own chocolate piece of art. The chocolate couverture is also ideal for covering pies and cakes.

Ingredients:

Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, concentrated butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Cocoa Butter content: 28% - 31%

Weight: 200 g (7.05 oz) or 1500 g (52.9 oz)

This product may contain traces of milk, nuts, egg and gluten. Store in a cool dry place and away from the sun, at 18 - 22 degrees Celsius.
