Valrhona Dark Grand Cru organic couverture made exclusively from the best organic cocoa beans from the Millot plantation in Madagascar. The Millot organic couverture reflects the typical flavors of Madagascar cocoa. The diverse nuances provide a particularly full-bodied chocolate and are characterized by fruitiness and acidity. Technical uses: baking, chocolate decoration, molding, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
