Ingredients:
- 200 g Dark Chocolate Couverture (70% Cocoa Content)
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Table Spoons Baileys (Amaretto or Grand Marnier) (optional)
- 200 g Fresh Fruits (Strawberries, Pineapples, Oranges, Kiwi, Banana)
- 100 g Dried Fruits, Cookies, Nuts
Method:
Finely chop the chocolate. Heat up the cream, pour over the chocolate and stir with a whisk until smooth. Flavor with alcohol (optional). Then place in a fondue pot or in a bowl of hot water in order to keep the chocolate warm and liquid. If you have an electric fondue, then set the temperature to 40 degrees Celsius, which is the optimal melting temperature. Dip the fruits, cookies or nuts into the chocolate, let dry for a moment and enjoy this wonderful delicacy.
